Payments by Check- please make the check payable to MIDWEST USSSA SLOWPITCH HALL OF FAME Please mail your checks to 4509 North 122nd Street , Kansas City, Kansas 66109. Don’t not forget to include the FIRST & LAST names of the people attending and PHONE NUMBER. Plus the address you would like the tickets mailed to. CHECKS MUST BE DATED JANUARY 1ST, 2023.
Tickets will be mailed after the first of the year in 2023.
